Hi Steve sorry to have missed you today, but feedback was superb. The team felt your personal experiences in your previous role really brought the training to life. Thank you 3 day First Aid at Work course, September 2022

We found the Emergency First Aid at Work training extremely useful and interesting. The training was carried out clearly and interactively and we all feel more confident in the use of first aid going forward. Steve was really helpful and we really enjoyed the day. Would recommend to all employers. Rachel Davies, Green Thumb, Shropshire & Wolverhampton, EFAW December 2021.

Steve's knowledge, understanding and experience is communicated in a way that gave me real confidence that should the worst happen I could do my bit to help. He answered the 'why's' behind all aspects before I had to ask. The course was adapted to ensure all participants felt safe and comfortable to join in, in line with their own ability. The practical sessions were still included but in a covid-safe manner with some real innovative ideas that made it relatable. If you, or anyone you know, wants to feel confident with First Aid at work, at home or out in public - Steve is the person to train you. Lisa Gorski, Safety For Employers. Thank you so much Steve I really enjoyed the session. It was pitched just at the right level and very very professional job. Well done. Dr James Muir. Shropdoc. (BLS refresher training, April 2021)

Just thought I`d let you know that having attended the CPR training this morning, I found it very useful, informative and enjoyable. The man taking the course, very knowledgeable and friendly.

Now that I`ve had the CPR training, I will know what to do should a situation arise. I was particularly interested in the procedures to follow with babies and infants, I had no idea! Let`s hope I`ll never need to put it into action. Rob Parsons. Shropdoc. (BLS refresher training, April 2021)

Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the BLS training yesterday. It was good to do a 'refresh' but I also learnt a good deal more from your lesson. Thanks very much. Regards. Kev Bywater (Shropdoc Clinical updates, BLS/ AED, March 2020)

Excellent course if you want to feel confident and competent in First Aid. No intimidating atmosphere, no overwhelming medical jargon. Modern equipment, fantastic teaching methods and a very relaxed and professional instructor. There’s no such thing as a silly question and you’ll have a fab time all round. Highly recommended. (Katina Spencer-Lowe, BLS / AED / Anaphylaxis clinical update, Feb 2020)

I completed the Paediatric First Aid course with this company. The trainer was excellent - linking everything up to real life examples. The practical aspects were brilliant too as everyone usually feels a bit self conscious but Steve set ut up in different areas of the room and was very reassuring. I was really impressed that a couple of his first aid Annie's (dummies) hooked up via blue tooth to his phone so you could see how effective your CPR technique was which then motivated people to have a go to improve. AED training was really good as we all got to have a go (with a pretend one) to familiarise ourselves with how it would work in an emergency. I've done first aid courses in the past and this one was definitely one of the best. Thank you. Katie Bee. (Paediatric First Aid, Feb 2020)
